Fulfillment Policy

Please read the terms of this carefully before using and installing this app on your device. If you do not agree to the foregoing, do not install the application.

MindCalm™ is operated by Keith Fitz-Gerald Research, LLC (KFGR). By purchasing or subscribing to MindCalm™'s services ("Services") through the MindCalm™ mobile app ("App"), you agree to the following terms regarding payments, renewals, cancellations, and access.

Subscriptions & Billing

MindCalm™ offers monthly auto-renewing subscriptions for premium access.

• Payment is charged in full at the start of each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions automatically renew every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next billing date.
• There are no refunds or credits for unused time or accidental purchases.

Payment Methods

Payments are securely processed through Stripe and Apple Pay.

By completing a purchase, you authorize KFGR and its payment partners to charge your payment method for recurring monthly charges until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel anytime:

• Stripe users: Cancel via the MindCalm™ Stripe Customer Portal.
• Apple Pay users: Cancel through your Apple account under Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access until that date.

No Refunds Policy

All payments are final.

KFGR does not offer refunds, prorations, or credits for any reason, including unused subscription time or dissatisfaction with the Service. You may cancel to stop future charges at any time.

Access & Delivery

MindCalm™ provides immediate digital access upon successful payment.

There is no physical delivery associated with your subscription.

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@mindcalm.io before initiating a chargeback. We can often resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspended access.

Currency & Taxes

Prices are displayed in your local currency when possible. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your location. KFGR is not responsible for additional bank fees or currency conversion charges.

Policy Updates

KFGR may update this Fulfillment Policy at any time. Updates will be posted at mindcalm.io and take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
